Educational Leadership by the National SAM Innovation Project

This blog explores the enactment of the National SAM Innovation Project, which enables school principals to tweak their principal skills. This enhancement of skills happens by increasing the time spent on leadership activities rather than managerial matter. Additionally, you will find a study report by PSI disclosing a summarized analysis report of the participants. The principals receive weekly or monthly coaching and training. This is based on the analysis documented by using time-tracking tools. Further, NSIP designed four models for the school staff arrangement and suitable implementation of the SAM process. The participant schools chose separate models as per their needs. Because NSIP had no intentions of making this project a set of scripted commandments without any flexibility. The schools have been free to consult Time coaches, Implementation specialists, etc. Lastly, we will discuss the SAM process's benefits to school students.
